What’s New in CoLab—February 2023

Updated navigation bar

It’s more than just a new look: the updated navigation bar makes it easier to quickly navigate around CoLab. The new navigation bar displays your current file path so you can jump between workspaces and files, see key information at a glance, and retrace your steps within the app.

Bulk file downloads

Bulk downloading has arrived! Previously, users could only download one file at a time. Now you can save time by downloading multiple files at once.

Improved review status functionality

Certain actions will automatically move your review into an “In Progress” status.

• When a reviewer approves a review, the review status will automatically change from "Open" to "In Progress."
• When a revision is uploaded for a review in "Revisions Required" status, the status will automatically change to "In Progress."

Other Improvements

• Reviews can now be exported in CSV format
• Design improvements on the homepage user interface (UI)
• Review history exports will now include all files within packages
• A File Path column had been added to Track for both Feedback and Reviews
• Feedback due dates will now be shown in red text on the day the feedback is due, or if feedback is overdue‍
• Review and File columns in Track are now sortable
