New VA/VE feedback type: Idea

Working with dozens of VA/VE experts has shown that while idea generation is important, effective follow-up and execution determines whether a team exceeds its annual target or falls short.

Today, we’re launching Idea as a feedback type to help you prioritize your list of ideas and execute on those that will make the biggest impact.

How does it work?

When pinning feedback, select "Idea" as the feedback type.

In the feedback card, you can include specific information related to the impact, effort, and potential savings.

After you’ve generated a list of ideas, head over to Track to prioritize ideas and calculate potential savings.

From here, you can share decisions with all required stakeholders, and begin executing your best ideas.
