New Features: @mentions + Track capabilities in workspaces

Here’s what you need to know about the latest changes and improvements in CoLab. These updates are live in the app now, if you want to head over and check them out firsthand!

Announcing: @Mentions

We’re excited to introduce @Mentions, a feature that makes it easier for users to call people’s attention to specific information when replying to a feedback item.

When replying to a feedback item, simply type '@' and select an individual from the dropdown menu to tag directly in your reply.

• Users can mention anyone who is in the same workspace or portal

• Mentions are listed as their own separate notification setting for users so you can control in-app & email notifications

Track capabilities --> Now in workspaces

We’ve brought feedback and review data into workspaces.

Simply select the Reviews or Feedback Icon on the left side menu to view all of the reviews or feedback across files in that workspace. 

You no longer have to leave your workspace to switch between model review and issue review.  

More enhancements and fixes

• Quick actions on the home page received a UI design update
• Improved the functionality of Checklists CSV exports
