Reviews in CoLab received a lot of love in our last update. Here's what's new.

AI Review Summaries

*This feature is not available in CoLab by default. Please contact your Customer Success Manger to enable it, and to answer any questions about how we use AI and protect your data.

We’re inviting teams to reach out to get early access to AI-generated design review summaries! CoLab can use AI to summarize the key events from your reviews, making it easier for you to reflect, share, and action changes.

You can use AI-generated review summaries to:

• Provide accurate updates to non-reviewing stakeholders with little effort
• Surface issues that could easily go unnoticed, such as unresolved comments
• Refresh yourself on the action items coming from any review

How does it work?

Simple. Any time you close a review, CoLab will use artificial intelligence to generate a report that includes the following information:

• Overall summary
• Key activities
• Takeaways

How should I use it?

You can use AI-generated review summaries to:

This feature isn’t yet enabled for all users, so please reach out here, or contact your customer success manager to get access.

Thanks to your feedback, we’ve added functionality to help you better capture the details of any review.

Review descriptions

→ You can now give a design review a description, helping everyone understand the purpose of the review.

Review start dates

→ Give reviews a start date to clarify timelines to reviewers and other stakeholders.

Review owners

→ Enhance accountability and communication by assigning a specific owner to each review.
