Creating A Drawing or Document Review

Step 1: Upload the PDFs you need to be reviewed

Click on the “Upload” button in the left side bar and select all the PDFs you want to add.

Step 2: Create a review in the “Review Planner” Tab

Select the Reviews button in the left side bar, and create a new review by clicking the ‘+’. Select ‘Documents & Drawings’, hit ‘Next’. Add a title, reviewers and due date. Hit ‘Next’.

Step 3: Select the files you want reviewed

Click to select the file(s) for that specific review. Hit ‘Finish’ and the review auto-creates.

Step 4: Share the URL to your team or access from CoLab notifications

When you add reviewers, it will notify them in the app or email, based on their settings. But the quickest way to get feedback is often just dropping them the URL. Most of our customers find this easiest.
